I identify with that negative self critical voice, still shouting louder than the other one - the one I should listen to more often that can see all the amazing things I achieve, as a mother and beyond. And for me, the two voices are finally starting to even out a bit, Story of Mum has really helped me with that too, I'm so glad it's having a positive impact on you too.
